Identity Preservation to Promote Cultural Tourism in Pang Moo Village, Mae Hong Son
The impacts of technology and modernization currently have been affecting the social structure. The elderly are increase. Young generation adhere to modernization and lack of understanding about their tribes. Nowadays lifestyle of ethnic groups like Lisu, Yao, Akha, Hmong and Karen at Pang Moo Village in Mae Hong Son are change. They adopted western clothing, modern language, culture, architecture into their culture. Their houses are built with modern technology. Therefore, the preservation of cultural tradition in order to inherit to next generation will be very importance. It reverberates their long historical identity. It’s also promote and develop tourism at Pang Moo Village. To preserve their identity, Young generation have to understand their tribal culture by using the concept of community participation. Symbolism theory will be use to gather their current knowledge of their tribe. Tribal knowledge will be added in to promote and increase their awareness of their culture. They also should be able to have deep understanding of their traditional concept of living and appreciate their outstanding culture. In addition, young generation should be able to adopt the unique culture into the modernization. These concept is not only preserve their culture but also effect value added tourism among stakeholder and people in the village. Moreover instead of the artificial attraction which mainly serve the tourism, the visitor will perceive the real culture and traditional from the real lifestyle of living people.

Corporate culture and the changing of tourism in Maehongson
Nowadays structure changing such as political structure from the top to the bottom has a strong impact on changing of Maehongson culture. It is because of the policy and strategy of the powerful people who are usually from other provinces and cultures. Their cultures, which are some similar but most are so different, are usually brought to apply in Maehongson. Education, immigrant from Myanmar, moving for study or work in big city such as Chiangmai, Bangkok, marriage and modern technology are other causes that affect the traditional and way of life in Maehongson. Taking standard corporate culture into daily life or receiving news and information without any consideration may interfere and fade away Maehongson cultural capital and tourism which has long history and at the moment has strong tradition. In summary, taking modern corporate culture both managing and staff selecting are very important in order to manage people who work in Maehongson. If they use the strategy in the good deed for example setting the seminar to train staff to have an understanding on Maehongson culture, people and their way of life including their language, believe, cloths or their community relationship, it will be a positive changing for Maehongson. Otherwise, the negative effect will be shown up. The management should not be Top-Down strategy. The integrated policy from rural people, Maehongson people, should be considered to reach the real requirement of them.

Guidelines for Hospital Development to Support Health Tourism in Phayao, Thailand
The objectives of this study were to study readiness of health tourism hospital for supporting Thai tourists in Phayao province, to investigate Thai tourists’ needs for health tourism service and to seek for guidelines of health tourism hospital development for supporting Thai tourists. In Phayao province, the potential health tourism hospitals from both government and private sector for supporting Thai tourists were Phayao Hospital, Phayao Ram Hospital, and Chiang Kham Hospital. The population was 400 Thai tourists travelling into Phayao province. Data collection was conducted through the structured interview and the questionnaire regarding the readiness of health tourism hospitals for supporting Thai tourists in Phayao province. Data was analyzed by Windows for frequency, percentage and deviation. With regard to the summary, most Thai tourists visiting to Phayao, they were 41-50 years old female and get married. The employers paid for their medical treatment. They came to the hospital by themselves and it spent less than 1 hour per time. As for their purposes for coming to the hospital, there were check up and having massage. They received the hospital information from their relatives and families. Overall, the Thai tourists’ needs for using health services at Phayao Hospitals affected the 6 levels of the Thai tourists’ needs for using health services in Phayao Hospitals at a high level ( =3.86 ) When regarding to the place, it showed that the facade of the hospitals were clean and tidy. This affected the level of the Thai tourists’ needs at the highest level. ( = 4.22) With regard to the environment, there were no dust and smokes which produced the trouble to the community and this affected the level of the Thai tourists’ needs at the high level. Regarding to the organization management, the hospitals’ responsibility to the environment/nature affected the level of the Thai tourists’ needs at the high level ( = 4.02) With regard to the services in term of the specialists, it affected the level of the Thai tourists’ needs at the highest level ( =4.23).With regard to the promotion that providing the distribution of 5 different food groups in accordance with the principles of nutrition affected the Thai tourists’ needs at the high level ( = 3.87). Regarding to the follow-up and evaluation in case of the customer’s appointment for after services affected to Thai tourists’ needs at the high level ( = 4.08), in respectively.
